Shipping price does not include local import taxes or duties. Depending on your location, your parcel may be subject to these costs, and these expenses are not the responsibility of Candice and must be paid by the customer. 

The customer assumes full responsibility for all return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges in the event they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

An email will be sent to your email with tracking details once the parcel has been packed and processed. For international customers, the tracking number received by Australia Post can be used within the system of your local national delivery courier.

Returns

You are welcome to return your order or any item for store credit. Please contact us at info@candiceforyou.com to receive the correct return address. Your item/s must be in its original condition and packing, with tags attached. The customer is responsible for any return postage costs, unless there is a fault with the item.

You have 7 days to request a return once you receive your order.

Yes, you can exchange any item when stock is still available. Once the item is returned and inspected, you will be provided a store credit code to re-order the desired item. If there are small stock numbers, we can hold a product for you if you provide the tracking details of the returned item. Candice will hold an item for you, but holds the right to make it available again if the item is not returned within a reasonable time.

Once the item is received and processed, you should get your store credit code within 3 business days.

Orders

We can only modify an order if it has not been processed or dispatched yet. If you have ordered the wrong item or given an incorrect delivery address please get in contact with us immediately so we can amend the order.

You can place your order via Debit card, Credit card or Paypal or Afterpay.

Your order can be cancelled up to the point of it being processed and dispatched. A full refund will be processed for you upon order cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed with an invoice. Please get in contact if you need any changes made or you can not locate your confirmation email.

Others

We do not currently offer gift cards. We can organise a store credit code for you to gift to someone so please get in contact with us and we will help where we can!

We make limited productions and only a select few get restocked. You can sign up to our mailing list to find out about upcoming and restocked items.

We provide the fabric details of each product on our product pages.

Each item is provided with care instructions. We always suggest cold wash, no tumble dry. Some specific items will be recommended for hand or dry wash only.

Candice is an online platform with no flagship store, but you can find a selection of our products in some selected retailers. Please find this information on our Stockist page. We make an effort to hold pop-up shops, for new releases, for our local customers. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our mailing list to stay up to date with future events and pop-ups.
