Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped out within 3 business days of your order being placed. Please allow this time for us to process, pick and pack your order. You will receive a confirmation of shipment and tracking number via email once your order has been processed for both domestic & international orders.

Please ensure you type your address carefully, and that it is a secure receiving address. We are not responsible for user errors or missing parcels if the tracking states correct delivery.

Free shipping Australia wide orders over $150 AUD.

Free shipping on international orders over $200 AUD.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped out in our regular posting cycle so please allow up to 3 days for shipping to commence. We ship all international orders via DHL Express Worldwide.

NZ: 1-2 Days
USA & Canada: 2-3 Days 
UK & Europe: 3-4 Days 
Rest of World: 1-5 Days

For international orders, customers are responsible for the products being lawfully imported into their country. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on size, weight and location of your delivery. We aim to get the lowest prices as possible from Australia Post and update prices based on the best current cost.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We will happily offer a swap or exchange, via store credit, for any purchases within 14 days of receiving. Returned items must not be worn and still be in original packaging with tags. Shipping costs for exchanges will be at the customer's expense. Please check the size charts carefully before placing an order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale, discounted or pre-order items.
