Liability

Under Australian Consumer Law, Candice is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages or expenses caused by the use of this website, the content, information and materials on this website, or any websites linked to/from this website.

Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, and apart of any Candice product, such as logos, graphics, icons, images, and audio & visual clips is protected by the applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree you will not use any Candice proprietary information or materials in any way.

Order Canellations

Candice reserves the right to refuse any order without reason. Extreme care is taken to ensure all product information regarding price and stock availability is correct, but if a product is listed incorrectly, Candice reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order. If an order is cancelled, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you. Any funds received will be refunded to the payment method received. Orders can only be cancelled by a customer prior to shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you will have to follow our returns policy.

Products

Please bear in mind that product colours displayed on our website may vary slightly from colours on the actual product. While they will be very similar, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match due to varying display monitors.

Changes to Orders

If you made any error in any of your order process, including delivery address, billing address, or product size, please email info@candiceforyou.com immediately. We will amend any error, if possible, but if your order has already been dispatched, Candice accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.

Sale Items

All purchases of Sale items (or otherwise discounted items) cannot be returned or exchanged. For more information please see our Returns Policy.

Availability

Due to occasional stock discrepancies or high order volumes, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, store credit or full refund.

Fraud Protection

Once an order has been placed, Candice reserves the right to request appropriate documents to verify your identity. This would be in the form of an email and documents requested may be a scan or image of a government-issued ID or utility bill such as phone, electrical, gas, etc along with the credit card used to purchase in order to confirm the payment method and details of the buyer. Whether we deem the documents to be sufficient enough to proceed with your order is in Candice’s discretion.
